Food + Beverage
Be part of creating a memorable experience for every guest. Whether serving behind the bar, preparing food in the kitchen, or assisting during events, our Food + Beverage team plays an important role in the experience at Stillwater Valley Golf Club.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing friendly, attentive, and professional guest service
- Preparing and serving food and beverages
- Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Processing cash, credit card, and POS transactions
- Assisting with event setup, service, and cleanup
- Restocking inventory and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Clubhouse
Be the first friendly face our guests see. From welcoming golfers and assisting with check-in to supporting daily golf operations, our Clubhouse team helps create an exceptional experience from arrival to the final putt.
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service
- Checking in golfers and managing tee times
- Assisting with pro shop merchandise and sales
- Processing cash, credit card, and POS transactions
- Answering guest questions and providing information
- Supporting daily clubhouse and golf operations

Grounds Crew
Be part of the team that keeps Stillwater Valley Golf Club looking and playing its best. Our Grounds Crew works behind the scenes to keep the course in exceptional condition through daily maintenance, landscaping, and equipment operation.
Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing the golf course for daily play
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance
- Raking bunkers, changing hole locations, and maintaining course conditions
- Operating and caring for golf course maintenance equipment
- Assisting with seasonal projects and property upkeep
